School Curriculum
We cover stretching, basic hand techniques, self defense, kicking drills, traditional Tae Kwon Do forms, sparring drills, sparring (light and Olympic style), one-step hand techniques and mixed martial arts. We offer separate classes for beginners and advanced students as well as combined classes for all skill levels.
